We are registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a convertible passenger vehicle and can legally operate on public roads in all 50 of the United States (this means we have lots of fun). 

The shopper chopper started out as a project for a local parade.  We quickly decided to go full-on hot rod and started gathering parts and bending steel tube.  Thousands of hours and many dollars later, we had the greatest shopping cart ever built. And it all glows-in-the-dark!
